Using the Emotional Logic Method:
Emotional Logic is more than a coping strategy
Emotional Logic is a personal development tool used by people of all ages to improve emotional intelligence in difficult situations. It makes sense of unpleasant emotions. People can then harness that emotional energy to face life’s challenges, build emotional resilience and embrace change.

ALL emotions have a useful purpose
Even unpleasant emotions can actually help us when we see how they all come together to create a positive change. Emotional Logic shows us how to use our emotions to come up with a solid action plan for moving forward.

Learn to Use Your Emotions Logically
Losing something can stir up all kinds of tough emotions, but if you take a moment to understand them, they can actually tell you a lot about what you value. That’s the logic! Instead of trying to push away your emotions or control them, try to figure out what they’re telling you.

Adjust to setbacks and embrace change
Learning Emotional Logic helps you deal with new and unpredictable situations with more confidence. You will learn not to fear but to embrace change which in turn will end up benefiting everyone around you.

Empower Yourself and Build Resilience
You will do more than just bounce back from tough times. You will figure out how to adapt and move forward. This tried-and-tested approach will help you rebuild, enhance your relationships, gain self-respect, and better decision-making skills after facing challenges.
